I am a second generation Chinese-Vietnamese American. I identify as queer and neurodivergent. My identities deeply inform my work, and I am passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals who feel caught between cultures, families, or their own internal expectations. I received my Masters of Arts degree in the Integral Counseling Psychology program at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I received further training at Church Street Integral Counseling Center. I am currently working as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee under my supervisor, Deanna Jimenez LMFT# 90954.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing poetry, cooking meals from my heritage, dreaming, sharing space with cats, and most of all, laughing with dear friends.
“We must carve a path through the flames of our human condition. We must see it for what it is, and bow to it—not a pitiful bow, but a bow of acknowledgment. By acknowledging our human condition, we acknowledge that we might not know how to end hatred and that we are not superheroes; we are human beings.”

Therapy can be daunting. I hope to reflect your strengths and gently elucidate growth edges to help you create a more intentional life. I am an intuitive ally who will listen deeply to both what is spoken and unspoken so that we can learn about what is being evoked in the room and build capacity to sit with discomfort. I am also a practical guide for those who may want tools to navigate sensitivity, overwhelm, distress, and trauma. And for those seeking otherwise, I am also a spacious witness able to hold polarities, multidimensionality, and holistic registers of those who sit across from me.
