Welcome.
I invite anyone who feels drawn to working together.
I am especially curious about working with those whom the following resonates:
1.5- and 2nd-generation Asian American diasporic identities who are hoping to make meaning of their cultural experiences, unpack intergenerational trauma, and cultivate a sense of belonging in a world where this may be hard to find.
BIPOC queer and trans folx who want to explore the intersections of their identities in a space that is safe, affirming, and expansive.
Highly sensitive people, creatives, and dreamers who seek to translate the intangible into material reality, while learning to honor both the gifts and challenges that can come with experiencing the world so deeply.
High achievers, critical thinkers, and perfectionists who are curious about what lies beneath their striving, who may be longing to loosen the grip of self-criticism, and who want to cultivate a sense of worth that isn't contingent on achievement.
Activists who are navigating the emotional realities of caring deeply about the world, bearing witness to injustice, and finding ways to sustain themselves without losing their sense of purpose and hope.
Spiritual seekers seeking to integrate wisdom from profound experiences while learning to stay grounded, embodied, and present in this human experience.
At the heart of our work, I am interested in creating space for you to more deeply understand yourself, tend to the parts of you that have learned to survive, and move toward a life that feels more fully your own.
Over time, you may find yourself becoming increasingly awareness of your own patterns, all the while developing kindness towards the parts of you that may be most difficult to sit with.
I work with individuals and couples in person in San Francisco, and telehealth all across California.
It would be an honor to walk beside you on this journey. Please reach out for a free 20 minute consultation if you believe we may be a fit.

Our work together:
It can be easy to lose sight of who we are in the face of trauma, social pressures, and existential stress. I hold therapy as a space where we work together to identify places of stagnation and patterns that may no longer serve you, making room for greater agency and an unfolding toward a more embodied way of living.
I am loving, collaborative, and honest. I see the therapeutic relationship as a space where we can give attention to what wants to emerge - whether that looks like grief, shame, trauma, or uncomfortable memories - listening deeply and attuning to your particular process. As a compassionate witness to the uniqueness of your journey, I also see you as the expert of your lived experience. I hold structures of oppression accountable for much of the suffering we experience, while also bringing curiosity and gentleness to the ways your psyche and body may have organized themselves to keep you safe. Together, we can explore how these adaptations may have once served an important purpose, while also noticing when they have become unconscious patterns that no longer feel wanted or aligned. We’ll explore this through conversation, through noticing what arises in your body, and even through what shows up in the space between us.
I am trauma-informed and hold a deep belief in the wisdom of the body. I provide a grounded container to process what may once have felt overwhelming so that you can build greater capacity to meet yourself with clarity, compassion, and acceptance. I am depth-oriented, and I see suffering not simply as something to be eliminated, but as a sign that something deeper may be asking for our attention.
Together, we can listen for what that suffering might be pointing toward in the service of building a life that feels steadier, fuller, and more authentic to you. I hope to create space for you to listen to the inner voice that speaks to your deepest longings, and to explore how these yearnings might become something you can embody in everyday life.
And all seriousness aside, I am down-to-earth and believe joy and laughter as essential parts of healing. I welcome them into our sessions alongside the harder emotions.
